Meet Your 2022 Directors
Director Kim Menna is a former Miss Dance USA and Miss Dance Jersey Shore title holder. Not only was she chosen to perform in Night of Stars three times for the Garden State Arts Center but she was also a Top Ten Finalist on the national television hit show Solid Gold.
Kim has choreographed extensively in the fashion/runway industry, and in addition to adjudicating on the national dance competition circuit, she is also a judge for performing arts high school festivals and beauty pageants.
A successful studio owner, Kim’s dancers have held many regional and national titles. With over 35 years of performing arts experience as a teacher and coach. She continues to build self-esteem and confidence through the art of dance.

Director Crystal Frazier has been with Dancers Inc. since our first season. She holds a degree in Dance from the University of the Arts in Philadelphia where she is now a faculty member.
Television credits include the VH1 Fashion Awards with Macy Gray, The BET Awards with Will & Jada Pinkett Smith, BET’s Comicview, Lip Service and Global Groove on MTV, Monk, and the feature film Beloved.
Live stage credits include The Groovaloos Show in LA, the Italy Tour with Kathy Sledge, Illadelph Legends, and Crystal was a featured dancer and choreographer for recording artist Jill Scott’s Big Beautiful Tour.
Crystal’s choreography has been featured with Garden State Dance Festival, Philadelphia 76ers Dance Team, Drexel University, Earl Mosley Institute of the Arts, Hip Hop Extravaganza in Bermuda, Taipei University of the Arts in Taiwan, Cruzan Dance in St. Croix, and Encore Danses en Tourneau in Canada.
She was a co-founder of the Montazh Performing Arts Company and continues to perform with the Rennie Harris Puremovement dance company while also teaching for several dance organizations. With her broad range of talents and impeccable classes, Crystal is a valued member of the Dancers Inc. family.
Lizzie is the owner of a Pre-Professional Performing Arts mecca in the heart of Passaic County, NJ. Her passion as a Singer and Dancer coupled with the foundations she established as an Educator in the Public School System, have taken her expertise in the classroom to new heights.
Lizzie is currently celebrating her 17th year with Dancer’s Inc and enjoys her role as a Tally Director and Head Judge. Before rooting herself in the education of future performers, Lizzie released a 12-inch single Titled, Not Gonna Be the One, on Renegade Records as well as toured with various Wedding and Cover Bands. In Theatre, some of her favorite roles have been Miss. Hannigan in Annie and Anita in West Side Story.
She has also choreographed several Pre-Professional Musicals throughout NJ and enjoys teaching Master Classes throughout the Country. Several of her students have gone on to perform on Broadway, at Radio City, in LA and can be seen on Glee. Lizzie is certified by both DMA and DEA.

Jeff M. Poulin has been involved with Dancers Inc since its inception and was honored as the very first Mr. Dancers Inc in 2006; today he serves as a director. As a dance educator, he has taught, choreographed and mentored dancers around the United States and abroad where he serves as a director for Ultimate Dance Showcase UK.
As a recognized leader in the education and cultural fields, Jeff leads Creative Generation, an international organization working to inspire, connect, and amplify the work of young creatives engaged in social change and those who are committed to cultivating their creativity.
In this role he leads global research and visibility initiatives, and supports a number of arts and cultural education projects across the country and around the world.
A seasoned educator, Jeff is a member of the faculties of arts management at Carnegie Mellon University and American University and has spoken about arts education at over 250 conferences and to audiences across the United States and in 25+ countries around the globe.
